Miele ovens Features and Benefits Individual settings - Depending on the Miele ovens model, settings such as the volume and duration of the audible tone and the brightness and contrast of the display, can be adjusted to suit your preferences so that your Miele oven is set up exactly as you like it. And if you want to change the settings back again, it is simple to restore them to their factory default settings. Miele ovens have more than 35 Automatic programmes - It is amazing just how easy it is to cook, re-heat or defrost an endless range of different dishes in Miele ovens. More than 35 Automatic programmes have been preprogrammed into the memory using either microwave power on its own, or one of the combination programmes. All you have to do is select the type of food, and, depending on the recipe, enter additional information such as the weight, quantity and finish you require. Selecting the Miele ovens cooking function, time and temperature is no longer necessary as this has all been done for you. Useful tips, such as the best shelf level and when to turn or baste the food, are also given in the display to make it even easier for you to get perfect results every time. Room for my favourite dish - It is extremely easy to store your favourite recipes under "User programmes" in Miele ovens ensuring that your children's favourite biscuits, your own vegetable lasagne and that cheesecake from your best friend turn out perfectly every time! You can enter the function, time and temperature settings for up to 30 recipes, and then call them up via the display. Battery back-up There are many advantages of the new Miele ovens Navitronic controls including the electronic clock. If there's a power cut, the clock will continue to function for up to 200 hours. When the power is restored, the current time will show in the display again. The temperature display The exact temperature inside Miele ovens is shown in the display. This is particularly useful for the heat-up phase; the food can be placed in the oven as soon as the required temperature shows in the display. Halogen lighting - Miele ovens Halogen lighting gives you an excellent view of the oven interior so that you can keep an eye on what you are cooking. Tried and tested temperature - A suggested temperature shows in the Miele ovens display for every cooking function. In most cases, the suggested temperature will be perfect for the recipe you are cooking, but it can be altered if you wish. The suggested power level for the Miele microwave - When selecting the microwave function in combination with another oven function, your combi oven will automatically suggest a power level for the microwave. It is easy to change this if you wish. Safety features - Miele ovens door lock ensures that the door will remain firmly locked when the microwave function is in use. It can only be opened once the cooking programme has finished or if the programme has stopped. As an added safety feature on the H 4060 NB you can activate a system lock which prevents the controls being used. MIELE MICROWAVE OVENS Miele microwave ovens are available with a generous capacity of 17 or 24 litres. They are available freestanding or with an integrated frame for building in. You have a choice of outputs with optimum levels for cooking, re-heating and defrosting. All Miele microwaves benefit from the DualReflex system. The microwaves enter the oven from the side and are reflected off the roof, walls and floor into the centre of the turntable to ensure even cooking, re-heating and defrosting. The ovens come with three pre-set quick start programmes. However, frequently used programmes can be stored in the oven's memory. The Automatic programmes eliminate guesswork. Simply enter the weight of the food and the microwave will calculate the optimum time and wattage for you. The browning element is ideal for browning and crisping. It can be used by itself or in combination with the microwave function for even quicker cooking. Safety Two integrated thermostats ensure added safety. They control the temperature in Miele ovens and switch it off automatically if it verheats. The oven controls can be locked to prevent operation of the microwave. Temperature hold function If you don't want to take the food out immediately, the oven will ensure that it doesn't go cold. The temperature hold function will come on automatically at the end of the programme and keep the food hot for up to 15 minutes in Miele ovens. |
